Terms & Conditions

KTPV5 is for our business customers and their authorised staff. You may use it only if a business that holds a Service Agreement with us has authorised you to do so. Accounts are provisioned and managed by that business's administrator.

When using KTPV5, you must not:

You are responsible for keeping your credentials and devices secure, and for activity that occurs under your account. Tell your administrator or us promptly if you believe your account or a device has been compromised.

Data entered into or generated by KTPV5 belongs to the relevant business customer. We process it under the Service Agreement and our Privacy Policy. See the Privacy Policy for how personal information is handled.

KTPV5 — including its software, design, and the KORTOAUS and KTPV5 names and marks — is owned by KORTOAUS or its licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KTPV5 as authorised. No other rights are granted.

Where you download a KTPV5 app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, your use is also subject to that store's terms. For apps obtained from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement applies to the extent relevant, and Apple is not responsible for the app or for providing support for it.

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features of KTPV5. We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, KTPV5 is provided "as is" and "as available". Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, KORTOAUS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of KTPV5. For business customers, our liability is governed by the Service Agreement. These Terms do not limit any liability that cannot be limited under the Australian Consumer Law.

Access may be suspended or ended in accordance with the relevant Service Agreement, or where these Terms are breached. On termination, data is handled in line with the Service Agreement and the Privacy Policy — including, where the contract so provides, complete destruction, retention, or a grace/deferral period.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You and KORTOAUS submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. For our business customers, the Service Agreement, together with these Terms and the Privacy Policy, is the entire agreement about KTPV5 and replaces any earlier understanding on the same subject.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "last updated" date shown above.
