How to get help
Email us at dev@kortoaus.com.au and we will get back to you. If you use KTPV5 at work, your employer's administrator (the office) is often the fastest first point of contact for account and access questions.
What to include
To help us resolve your issue quickly, please tell us:
- which app you were using (Client, Operations, POS Retail, Factory or Scale);
- what you were doing when the issue happened;
- any error message you saw;
- your business name.
